Believing culture is made up of the people and the values they exhibit, from leaders to individual contributors in an organization, directed at achieving the organization’s Mission and Vision, Jane’s focus is on optimizing engagement at all levels. Sometimes this takes the form of partnership with an organization on making the Vision, Mission and Values explicit. Sometimes it is greater scrutiny of the current morale of the organization through a targeted engagement survey and sometimes it is crafting and taking action on areas to maintain and enhance in the culture or put more emphasis on areas that might need correction.
